About the Ministry
The humanities, in dialogue with science.
An interdisciplinary network of academics, artists and authors from Oxford and beyond — convened around the world's grand challenges.
The Oxford Ministry for the Future is a network and a movement — taking its name and its purpose from Kim Stanley Robinson's novel.
It began as a series of events at Hertford College and has since grown into its own entity: an international, interdisciplinary network that reaches well beyond the events themselves, into University courses, short film production and an author fellowship.
